Berea College of Technology is a higher education college specialising in Information Technology and a range of higher education qualifications in Accounting, Public Relations, Human Resource Management, Hospitality and Catering and Travel and Tourism.

At inception, BTC was the only campus, but today the institution includes three campuses located in the heart of central Durban, including Berea College of Technology (BCT) and Berea Matric School (BMS).

All academic programs are accredited by the Higher Education Quality Committee [HEQC] of the Council on Higher Education [CHE]

Absolutely. The college supports an academic-social philosophy and encourages students to get involved in the social, cultural and sporting calendar. Our dedicated Social, Cultural and Sporting Committee work closely with the academic team to ensure that all social activities are integrated into the academic calendar for the year.
